"On turning the lights on, On turning the lights off" is an installation with over head projectors projecting photographs from Alkmaar Holland mixed with hanging sculptures.

The hanging sculptures are a mix of made objects, bought fabric and a yeast tube. Each object has been positioned to be in relationship and affecting the other things in the immediate or surrounding space. The title of the work is a quote from a sentence in a book about the artist Tim Head. The main thing I really wanted the viewer to do with this work was to look.

There was a seating bench running along the left hand side of the work which had cushions I made from bleached fabric on.
